Description: PI X-Y scanning precision stage

Specifications: The PI X-Y scanning precision stage can  move with different step size and the minium step size is 300 nm. The sample on the top of the stage can be aligned with the laser and the CCD camera. The stage software works with Lock-in amplifier automatelly doing photocurrent mapping.
